First 2 layouts.

 I used this sketch for the first layout.

Christine added it in the December challenges and it suited these photos.

Here's my interpretation of it.

The background blue cardstock was embossed with Seasons Greetings etc. I've had it for years and never used it. The seond blue paper had wedding written down one side. I tore that off and used it across the layout.

The plaid paper worked well and stood out across the blue. I had a packet of bling hands which I put as junctions on the plaids. Also from my kit I had a small card saying good job and a sticker of a lady with hair wrapped in a towel. Both suited the theme.

My second layout is for a photo of 4 friends.

I used a pink floral from my kit. As another layer I cut the centre circle from a black doiley.
These 2 pink papers are from Kaisercraft Summer Breeze collection.

I added a green star from charms creations and a sticker of a phone. The journal card is and old one I had from Prima St Tropez collection. I also used some wood veneers that came in a pack as a prize.

I've put a summer spin on this kit and included summery colours and embellishments to suit.

I've used 3 papers from Kaisercraft Summer Breeze collection plus an American Crafts paper featuring ice creams on it. 

In my embellishments there are Cocoa Vanilla words plus flairs

I bought a new packet of washi tapes to match my papers and some blue rhinestones with waving hands.

A recycling card

 Most of the layers and items on this card are recycled.

The white background card is from in between a scrapbook album pages. The next sticker layer is from postage stamps outline/border after the stamps were used. The marble tag behind the heart is cut from a tissue box. I have fun using these items on cards.

3 challenges in one.

 My first card today is for Can you handle the pressure where embossing must be used.

I'm also entering at A gem of a challenge where anything goes and Hearts quest fantasy challenge where they want angels.

I've chosen teal colours which is unusual for a Christmas card, but someone will like it.

My embossing is rows of music which makes sense because the wood veneer angels are blowing trumpets.

I kept it simple otherwise.

Cardz 4 Guyz and daring cardmakers

 This time at Cardz 4 guyz they want a thank you card. I've made a Christmas thank you for my gardener/lawn man. He is very generous and usually undercharges me. I usually make him take the extra but he needs a special thank you anyway.

And at Daring Cardmakers they want a song . I've chosen "O Holy night" for this card.
